Childhood Memories, a charity concert organised by fundraiser, Clef Edge Music Studio, in support of Operation Hope Foundation (OHF).

 

Event Details

Date: 5th November 2019, Tuesday 

Time: 7pm

Location: Victoria Concert Hall

Students from Clef Edge Music Studio will be performing on the Piano, Violin and Er Hu, playing pieces which will bring us back to our earliest memories as a carefree child.

The guest pianist is Mr. Simon Soh, who is also a pedagogue that trains many talented music teachers in Malaysia and Singapore.

Funds raised from the charity concert will be donated to OHF’s community development projects. Proper housing, clean water and safe sanitation will be provided for poorest of the poor villagers in rural Cambodia.

About Clef Edge Music Studio

‘Childhood Memories’ Charity Concert Fundraising efforts is solely organised by Clef Edge Music Studio, which Ms Tew Wan Qing is the founder of this music studio. With her strong passion in music she had her major studies in Associate Licentiate of Trinity College  London( ATCL) Piano & Grade 7 Violin and currently pursuing Licentiate of Trinity College London (LTCL).

About The Charity Beneficiary

OHF operates in Cambodia and Nepal, running community development and poverty-alleviation programmes to strengthen disadvantaged communities, promote women’s economic empowerment and develop rural children and youth. This includes providing technical training to poor farmers to improve production and increase their income, and training rural youths in computer and English programmes to equip them for white-collar jobs.
