Family background

Chengsuen is a 10 years old girl studying in grade 4, her parents are drug addicts and are divorced. She is staying with her grandparents as they felt that it is not safe for Chengsuen and her sister to stay with her parents as they are drug addicts Every month this family will get 170000 riels (Singapore dollar $57) a month from the government. Both grandparents are sick and if the grandmother is well she will earn money by selling cook food. Chengsuen is study hard and is always 1st or 2nd in class. As she got lung problem, OHF has donated a bicycle to her to goes to school. As this family is poor, the grandparents do not have extra money to give Chengsuen and her sister as pocket money to school.
