Family background

Meet Vanna, an 8-year-old boy in Grade 3. Vanna’s father has passed away, and his mother is too sick to work. Their only source of income comes from renting out their small rice field, as his mother is unable to tend to it. To get by, they rely on this modest rental income and the generosity of relatives who help provide food.
