Family background

Somnang is a 14 year old boy studying in grade 6 whereby his parents are divorced and his mother remarried. Somnang is staying with his father and grandparents. His father is an odd job daily wage worker and every day, he will try to find job in the village. Because they are poor, they receive government support of 82000Riels = S$27.65 a month
