Family background

Chea Srey Nil is a 8 year old girl studying in grade 3 and her father is a daily rate construction worker earning around US$150 a month and recently her father was sick and have stay in the hospital for a few days . Her mother is a housewife. They have a family debt to repay and the earning from her father is a struggle daily to support for 3 young children and sending them to school. Because they are poor, they receive a government support of 54000riels = S$16.20 a month
