Family background

Eang Chantha is a 10 year old boy studying in grade 4 whereby his father is an odd job daily rate laborer working in the village earning around 300000riels =S$90 a year. His father is humped back so cannot carry heavy load or do hard work which limits him from getting job in the village. Because they are poor, they receive government support of 54000riels = S$16.20 a month
