Family background

Sokheng, a 7-year-old boy, is currently in the 1st grade. Unfortunately, his parents have abandoned him, leaving him under the care of his grandparents, who have been unable to establish contact with Sokheng’s parents. Sokheng’s grandparents, who work as modest farmers, are facing difficulty of not only looking after Sokheng but also two other grandchildren. They struggle to provide sufficient food for all three children due to their limited means. Recognizing the urgency of their situation, Sokheng’s grandparents are earnestly seeking support from OHF to secure essential school supplies for Sokheng and food packages for their family.
