The reality is that rural primary school children are still drinking rainwater collected by jars or hand-pump wells. The difficulty in the filtration of water using handpump wells and jars might lead to children drinking unsafe water, leading them to be at a higher risk of getting ill and, therefore, skipping classes.

With a UV water system in primary schools, sprimary school students can drink safe water when they are thirsty and bring extra bottles of clean water back to their families! This wil benefit more than 300 young children and their family members too!
