Family background

His parents divorced when he was 8-month-old and he never get to see his father. His mother works odd jobs whenever they are available like washing dishes, helping the owner to sell food in Prey Veng whereby her salary is 20,000 per day but not every day she gets to work. She needs to pay monthly rental hence she does not have enough money for food and education for her children, so she seeks OHF for help
