Founder

Robert Kee

Robert is the founder of OHF and works full time as an unpaid Executive Chairman. Since 1995, he has been actively involved in various poverty alleviation and social enterprise projects in Cambodia, Philippines and Nepal, particularly with the Methodist Mission Society and was instrumental in starting their COSI Children Village in Cambodia. He is an entrepreneur and has started and successfully built up three companies in the LT. Industry. Robert was a Past President of the Lions Club of Singapore, Bedok as well as an enthusiastic amateur magician. He is a Colombo Plan scholar and holds a B. Eng Electrical (1st class Hons, University of Auckland) and a M.Eng (National University of Singapore)

Edmund Koh Bock Cheng

Edmund Koh Bock Chang is a Professional Engineer with 40 years of design and construction experience. He worships at Bedok Methodist Church. He has provided civilstructural engineering advice to Singapore churches and organisations for construction of orphanages and projects in Cambodia, Nepal and Thailand.

Paul Ng Min Soon

Paul, now retired, has had 40 years of experience in managing a successful family business involved in the distribution of premier brand of consumer and commercial vehicle tyres, special application tyres and fleet management in Singapore. He worships at Trinity Methodist Church & is avidly involved in the Outreach and Social Concerns ministry of his church. Paul holds a B. Sc. from the University of Singapore and a MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Ling Kin Yew

Under the Public Service Commission scholarship, Ling Kin Yew graduated with a degree In Science, honours in Arts, and a postgraduate diploma in education. After completing the teaching bond, he worked at the Methodist Missions Society, helping to establish Christian learning institutions, and studied at Trinity Theological College where he obtained a Masters in Divinity. He is currently pastor at Cairnhill Methodist Church and chairperson of the Trinity Annual Conference Healing Ministry.

Kee Yi Arn

Yi Arn, has been running Applied Digital System Pte Ltd since 2009 as the Managing Director. With the experience of managing almost 50 employees, he would be able to help and improve the daily operations at OHF. Being a father to two beautiful young daughters, Yi Arn will fit right in with all the children at the orphanages. He holds a B. Computer Science (2nd Upper Class Hons, National University of Singapore).

Jenny Tan

Jenny Tan has served OHF since 2007 as a volunteer, staff, and now board member. She worked in OHF for 4.5years before starting a scaffolding company in 2012. She is managing the business with her husband. With over a decade in the construction industry, she brings practical problem-solving skills. She enjoys helping others, cooking, swimming and learning golf.

Andrew

Andrew’s connection with OHF began in the mid-2005s, when he and his wife sponsored a child in Nepal in the children’s home at Pokhara until she grew into adulthood.

A banker for 27 years, his focus was on regulatory compliance and financial crime. He is also conversant with technology, and is currently active in the professional training space, while acting as a mediator for the disputes resolution body in Singapore relating to the financial industry.

Andrew is a lawyer by training, and is admitted to the Singapore and New York State bars.
