Family background

Sung Segma is a 10 years old boy studying in grade 1 whereby he has only 1 set of uniform to use for a week. His father is a construction worker earning US$100 a month and his mother has a small shop earning 150000riels =$45 a month . They use most of their earning to buy rice about 140000riels = S$42 and spend 8000riels S$2.40 daily on food. They receive 36000Riels = S$10.80 a month as government relief for the poor.
