Family background

Koeun Kosal is 9 years old boy studying in grade 2. His father is a daily rate construction worker earning around U$250/S$328 a month. His family spent 10,000riel = S$3 for meals x 30days = S$90 a month and because they are poor, they receive government support for the poor of 62000Riels = S$18.60 a month and they do not have rice field to plant rice for their own consumption
