Touch Raksa is a 10-year-old studying in grade 5. His parents are divorced. His father is a daily rate construction worker working in Phnom Penh earning US$150 a month but never send money home. Touch Raksa is taken care of by his grandmother who is a village worker earning around 200000Riels (S$63) a month
