We are able to provide advice for overseas projects in developing countries in areas of impact assessment, project viability, costing for construction and fraud detection and management. Impact assessment is the actual value of the benefits received by the beneficiary versus the donations given to the project. It examines leakages in the flow of funds and provides an actual benefit to cost ratio. Project viability determines if the project is sustainable and provides adequate benefits to the beneficiaries. For example a project may be viable only as long as an NGO provides the funding for the project. Fraud is crucial to ensure that payments are not inflated or worse still, funds are paid for non-existent projects .
