Our local team need a gentle yet assertive leader to manage the existing projects and developing strategies to expand community outreach. You will work closely with community leaders, volunteers, and stakeholders to identify community needs and develop plans to address them especially in the more remote areas in Cambodia. Plus points if you know Khmer.
Responsibility includes

Assistance
Assisting local staff with managing the children home in areas such as: Discipline, Study, Livelihood skills and Character Developments

Training
Training of Houseparents: Monitor and supervise their progress and ability to handle children
03
Community Projects
Supervise, organized our existing house, well and toilet building programs. Develop and expand our Program. And exploring sustaining projects that is applicable for the poor.
